The Dominion Heights community within The Dominion is a collaboration of two long-time experienced real estate development and home building families.
Wayne Wright, the original developer of the entire Dominion community, was the Managing Partner and prime visionary force behind master-planning and development of every aspect of The Dominion. His legacy group, Dominion Group Partners, purchased The Dominion land as a working ranch in 1981 and immediately began master-planning the community, and designing and constructing the country club. With the help of dozens of San Antonio’s most premier luxury home builders, they created one of the most admired luxury residential communities in Texas.
The Phil Hooker family has been in real estate and home building businesses in Texas for more than 30 years.
Through their jointly owned home building company, Dwell Dominion, the Wright family and the Hooker family have joined forces to create the new Dominion Heights community within The Dominion.
To design each unique custom home within Dominion Heights, Dwell Dominion has enlisted the services of one of San Antonio’s most admired and respected luxury home designers, Gustavo Arredondo. Mr. Arredondo has designed more than 500 luxury homes in the San Antonio and Hill Country area and more than 80 premier homes within The Dominion.
